Had some tiles cracked and a downspout replaced. This was done in a timely manner. They took photos of work they did afterwards. They were responsive and went as far as Miami to find my tiles. They are my first call for roofing.

I wish all contractors would be like Ledian Cruz. It was one of the best experiences dealing with contractors I had in a long time. He was always on time, provided accurate quote and was always upfront for any challenges and delays we might encounter (not like we had many, because he avoided most of them). He explained the whole process and provided timelines, making that pretty complex process of permitting and replacing the whole roof seem so simple (even though it's not). His crew was on site right on schedule, carefully covering all surrounding to prevent any damages. They were very considering with the time pressure we had and did a great job accommodating that timeline. Highly recommended for all of your roofing needs. Don't hesitate calling him for a simple repair or the whole roof replacement.

Pro Roof USA did reroofing for my house. They did an excellent job. Very prompt and transparent doing business with them. Everyday they cleaned the site before they left including the nail sweep daily. Always answers phone calls and so easy to reach. They also let you know the progress by sending the pictures.
